CLIENTS/ QUOTES & ELECTROLIQUID AGGREGATION

Jane Goodall, primatologist, anthropologist and ethologist, is most famous for her work with chimpanzees and her professional accomplishments despite any formal training in her field of work.

"So all we can do is trying to, each of us, do our bit to make the world better and it's better than just giving up and doing nothing, because if we do nothing, then it's finished."

I found this quote of interest because it seemed to me as a sort of challenge, asking me to make my contribution. It's interesting because although Goodall works in a field which i find to be of little interest, her work and her attitude to life is still inspiring to me.

Stephen Hawking is a living genius, specialising in the fields of theoretical physics. Hawking is renowned not only for his scientific work, but his success despite his disability, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. He's most famous for his work with cosmology and quantum gravity.

"This synthesizer is by far the best I have heard, because it varies the intonation, and doesn't speak like a Dalek. The only trouble is that it gives me an American accent."

This quote caught my attention because although it says nothing profound about life, it demonstrates his incredibly optimistic attitude which can be accredited with his success; by not focusing on potential obstacles to success i.e. his disability.

Florence Nightingale (1820-1910), also known as "The Lady With the Lamp", was a pioneer of "modern-day" nursing. Nightingale remains a exemplary example in the field of nursing, inspiring many men and women, both lay and of the nursing profession with her compassion and diligence. She was also passionate about women's rights.

"I attribute my success to this- I never gave or took any excuse."

I found this quote interesting because it demonstrates what it is that separated her from others- her unwavering determination. Not only does it demonstrate Nightingale's anti-fuss attitude as a maxim of hard work and diligence, it demonstrates how Nightingale may have demanded the same of everyone around her, bringing the best out of all her colleagues. This quote demonstrates the attitude behind her success.

ELECTROLIQUID AGGREGATION (HAWKING/ NIGHTINGALE)

"I attribute my success to my synthesizer, which is by far the best I have heard, and the varied intonation in an American accent, which was never any excuse for sounding like a Dalek."
